Construction supervision
The primary purpose of construction supervision is to represent the Customer's interests while realizing the object. Together with other construction participants, the object is discovered within the stipulated time, within the available budget, and with high quality.
By carrying out construction supervision, we ensure that the project documentation, proposed solutions, imported materials, compliance with the project, and regulatory enactments are evaluated in the ordered objects of interest. We also check the completed works to ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the construction technology.
We check the completed works and their scope and ensure that the necessary executive documentation is prepared not only during the construction but also at the commissioning.
Building design
We offer the development of construction projects of various sizes and complexity, listening to customers' wishes at any stage of construction development. We carry out work to the requirements of regulatory acts and standards. When designing, we look for solutions that would satisfy the Customer's wishes; the solutions would be sustainable and economically justified. We provide technical consultations at the stage of any construction project.
Construction project management
We offer construction project management and implementation from the idea to the finished building. By cooperating with the parties involved, we implement projects that meet the wishes of the Customer, are high-quality and sustainable, and the solutions are economically justified.
Technical survey
We conduct technical inspections of various buildings and structures per LBN 405-21, "Building standard for technical inspection of buildings." In cooperation with the Customer, we developed a survey task to include all the necessary information required according to the legislation and the Customer's wishes in the technical survey opinion. We evaluate the building parts' mechanical strength, stability, wear, and safety during the survey.
We offer a survey of structures before the installation of solar panels.
We inspect objects so that the Customer can be sure of their technical condition before purchasing or renting them.
